House Singing Competition

This year’s House Singing Competition was judged by Ben Andrew, Head of Keyboard at Stowe School.

First up were Gryphons with their Beatles medley, featuring ‘Here Come the Sun’ and ‘It’s been a Hard Day’s Night’. Next came Lions with Adele’s ‘Set Fire to the Rain’ followed by ‘Someone Like you’. And finally, Gryphons performed the Friends theme tune, ‘I’ll be there for You’.

Well done to all the singers and their conductors! There was a great atmosphere throughout the competition and everyone performed with great energy and enthusiasm.

Congratulations to Gryphons who won not only the House Song but also the House Music Cup!
