This is a final note from us with some fabulous news.
Saturday’s auction was great fun and a heart-warming endorsement of our community’s philanthropy. Thanks to our sponsors (Juice, The Pointer and BMW Oxford), advertisers, prize donors and your incredible generosity, we have raised a total of £27,000 and counting!
James Melville-Ross (father to twins to Alice & Tommy, and India in Form 4) shared his personal and incredibly moving experience of PACE, an outstanding organisation providing for children with neurodisabilities. PACE gives them the very best chance to live as independent and fulfilling lives as possible. James explained how it provided a lifeline to him and his wife Georgie following the premature birth of their twins. James’ poignant story was a reminder of PACE’s vital and life-changing provision. We are so delighted to provide them with desperately needed funds.
We’re also pleased to be able to contribute funds towards Ashfold’s new adventure playground.
We have been in touch directly with many of you, but if you won a prize and have not yet heard from us, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
It has been quite a voyage, but as the sun sets on the Ball journey we will look back on it as time well spent. Thanks to you all.
