Triathlon Success

Huge congratulations to all those who competed in the Beachborough Triathlon at Stowe School last Sunday, particularly on a day when temperatures made it very difficult to race.

The children were spectacular and gave it their all. We had many top 10 finishers in the individual races so well done to those who won a trophy. It was lovely to hear that some children had beaten their time from last year, even when their race was slightly longer!

The new addition of the relay race was very exciting to watch, especially the mass swim start. The children battled hard and we had several teams that finished in the top 10.

Finally, a big thank you to our parent helper, Anna Taylor, who works hard behind the scenes to promote triathlon and organise the official Ashfold tri-suits.
