Form VI learn how to develop a survival strategy…

Form VI enjoyed a team-building day based on the concept of being stranded on a remote planet. They were given a series of thought-provoking presentations and tasks and had to work in teams to devise a survival strategy. Resources were limited to various items salvaged from their spacecraft and the natural resources on the planet.

On arrival back on Planet Earth, each team presented its survival strategy to a tribunal (aka selected teachers)! Teams were asked to discuss their experience and justify their decisions and actions.

The day saw children and staff eating a variety of bugs and dealing with disorientation in a darkened Lower Deck. It also provided some genuine moments of hilarity!
