The final week of term has literally been MAD - with Make A Difference Day!

This year’s theme was ‘The World in Numbers’, and the children threw themselves into a brilliant range of off-timetable activities – all designed to explore numbers in fun, creative and unexpected ways.

Working in mixed-age groups, the children took part in a wide variety of activities including Chinese Counting, Art, DT, Sport, Numbers Around the World, Battleships, Boarding Blocks, and Shapes in Nature.

It was wonderful to see every child collaborating, problem-solving and learning from one another across the year groups. An exciting end to an amazing year at Ashfold!
