Staff & Parents Tennis

Thank you to all who attended the Ashfold Staff & Parents Tennis Tournament on Saturday 10 September.

Sadly the ladies draw did not go ahead this year – perhaps they looked at the weather forecast and thought better of it (the conditions were terrible with heavy downpours throughout the morning)! The courts did a good job though, holding off the puddles and the tasty cakes provided by Lucy Stock helped to keep spirits high. The standard was very good and there was some great tennis on display.

A big thank you also to George in Form I for being the official photographer and taking pictures (mainly of me and his father)! 

By gentlemen’s agreement, the winners were: Mark Horrocks and Neil Morgan, and Michael Chitty and Ryan Steward. The medals will be shared for half the year!
