Form IV Leadership Challenge

A team of 8 children from Form IV travelled to Cheltenham College to take part in the annual Prep Schools Leadership Challenge.

The Challenge is the culmination of the leadership training programme which they undertake during the first part of the Autumn Term. 

The activities at Cheltenham ranged from leading your team blindfolded round a maze to solving puzzles.  All the activities are designed to improve leadership skills and to foster teamwork and cooperation. 

Our team acquitted themselves well, scoring highly in a number of the challenges and demonstrating that they are developing some of the leadership skills which they will require in the future.   The children all enjoyed themselves and will have benefited enormously from the day.
