Cleaner

Permanent | Part Time | 20 Hours a week | 41 weeks per year.

We are looking to appoint a Cleaner as soon as possible to join our efficient domestic team and assist in delivering a high quality cleaning service to meet the needs of the school. The role will include undertaking routine domestic/cleaning activities throughout the school.

The successful candidate will have basic numeracy and literacy skills and ideally have experience in domestic duties. They should be able to work as part of a team, have good communication skills and be able to develop good relations with staff, pupils and the wider school community.

Ashfold is an established co-educational Preparatory School for around 280 children aged 3 - 13+ set in a beautiful Jacobean mansion with its own thirty acre estate in the heart of the Buckinghamshire countryside just twenty minutes from Oxford, Thame and Aylesbury.

The school has expanded significantly over the last fifteen years and invested heavily in its infrastructure and support systems. We aim to give every child the firmest possible grounding in the core academic subjects, within a small caring family community where children both know each other and all of the staff.
