Cleaner & Laundry Assistant: Part Time

Part Time | 35 Hours a week | 41 weeks per year.

The Post
We are looking to appoint, for 1 September 2018, a Cleaner and Laundry Assistant to join our efficient Domestic team and assist in delivering a high quality cleaning and laundry service to meet the needs of the school. The role will include undertaking routine domestic activities alongside operating the laundry to provide clean linen and school sports kits.
The successful candidate will have basic numeracy and literacy skills and ideally have experience in domestic and laundry duties. They should be able to work as part of a team, have good communication skills and be able to develop good relations with staff, pupils and the wider school community.

The School
Ashfold is an established co-educational Preparatory School for around 280 children aged 3 - 13+ set in a beautiful Jacobean mansion with its own thirty acre estate in the heart of the Buckinghamshire countryside just twenty minutes from Oxford, Thame and Aylesbury.
The school has expanded significantly over the last fifteen years and invested heavily in its infrastructure and support systems.
