The Role

Ashfold School wishes to appoint an energetic and enthusiastic female sports graduate to join our sports department, to be actively involved in the coaching of the girls’ team sports and weekly matches for a variety of age groups from U8 to U13, and to assist in the teaching of PE throughout the school. Our highly successful girls’ Games department qualified for the IAPS National Finals last year in both Hockey and Netball.  

The successful candidate will have a genuine love of sport, must have played county level Netball or Hockey or the equivalent Club/University standard, and be looking to develop a career in either coaching or teaching. The post will also appeal to those who would like to assist with our programme of Evening Activities and Boarding 2 nights a week, in return for which free on-site accommodation.The role is part-time; Monday - Friday/40 hours per week/40 weeks per year. 

This is a rare opportunity for the right person to join our lively team and work in idyllic surroundings including a full size astro and recently resurfaced netball courts.

Ashfold is an independent prep school for boys and girls aged 3-13 years, located within easy reach of Thame, Princes Risborough, Oxford, Bicester and Aylesbury.
