The Post

We are seeking to appoint a Junior Department Teacher at Ashfold School. The successful candidate will be genuinely passionate about education and be able to motivate the children through their inspirational teaching.  

The successful candidate must be an experienced Key Stage 2 Teacher and will naturally possess outstanding communication skills, excellent administrative and organisation skills coupled with an ability to foster positive relationships with the children, staff and the wider school community. 

The School

Ashfold is an established co-educational Preparatory School for around 280 children aged 3 - 13, set in a beautiful Jacobean mansion with its own thirty-acre estate in the heart of the Buckinghamshire countryside just thirty minutes from Oxford.

The school has expanded significantly over the last fifteen years and invested heavily in its infrastructure and support systems. We aim to give every child the firmest possible grounding in the core academic subjects, within a small caring family community where children know both each other and all of the staff.
